Calix
Calix is a supplier in the automotive industry, primarily providing engine heaters, cabin heaters, and associated cabling. Calix uses Viaduct’s solution Edionet™ Supplier as an EDI platform to efficiently manage electronic business flows with its customers. They use the solution fully integrated with their ERP system (Monitor ERP) for over 100 of their customers.
Electronic business communication is now a well-established fundamental function in Calix’s efficient production and delivery flow.
Viaduct is also responsible for both the technology and design of the mobile-adapted web solution that Calix uses today. The solution supports multiple languages and includes customized features to retrieve vehicle information from Calix’s internal databases. The website thus supports selecting the right engine heater for the correct car model.
We work in the automotive industry and have contacts all over the world. Therefore, Viaduct’s EDI system with our customers is very important to us.
The communication is good, and we get quick responses. When problems arise, we work together to solve them. I don’t have to worry about the technology in the system; Viaduct handles that with the customers.
