Those responsible at Eskilstuna Municipality soon realized that it is a time- and information-intensive task that takes a long time to complete, making it difficult to administer effectively.

There, they can send out surveys to their suppliers where they both submit and collect the necessary information, saving time in the form of reduced administration. When the suppliers respond to the surveys, the municipality also has all the data stored in one place and can use it as an archive.
