Tingstad has roots dating back to the late 1950s and is perhaps best known for its paper products. Today, they are a leading distributor of retail packaging and consumables for the retail, restaurant, and hotel industries.
Viaduct is the provider of our EDI system, enabling us to communicate electronically with our larger customers!
The best part about the system is that it’s not overly complex. We save a lot of time by managing orders, invoices, and order confirmations this way. At the same time, it’s an important collaboration with our customers, and we offer this communication to all new customers we sign agreements with.
We are very satisfied with the service from Viaduct, and everything runs smoothly. I don’t have to spend energy on this as they handle the dialogue with customers and ensure everyone is happy.
